Chen Xi pointed out that Xi Jinping's cultural thought is a theoretical summary of the practical experience of the Party's leadership in cultural construction in the new era. It enriches and develops Marxist cultural theory, forming the cultural chapter of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. This provides a powerful ideological weapon and scientific action guide for carrying out propaganda and cultural work in the new era and new journey, and for shouldering new cultural missions, contributing Chinese wisdom to the creation of a new form of human civilization and leading the development and progress of world civilization. Leading cadres should deeply understand the decisive significance of the 'two establishments' and resolutely achieve the political height of the 'two safeguards', comprehensively and systematically deepen their learning of the rich connotations and practical requirements of this important thought, and adhere to cultivating oneself through culture and enriching the heart with virtue. They should effectively transform learning outcomes into work achievements, earnestly implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee regarding cultural construction, and strive to demonstrate new atmospheres and new actions in the struggle and practice of building a strong socialist cultural country and modern civilization of the Chinese nation.
