The ZBWR-04 series transformer winding thermometer is used to measure the winding temperature of power transformers. This thermometer features an electromechanical design and uses a metal bellows as the temperature sensing element. The ZBWR-04 series winding thermometer has a built-in analog temperature rise circuit, which can simulate the copper-oil temperature difference of the transformer based on the input temperature of the transformer secondary current, thus measuring the transformer winding temperature. This thermometer is also equipped with four micro switches to drive the transformer cooling system to control the temperature rise of the transformer, and can output alarm, trip, and other signals according to the set values. The thermometer can output PT100 or 4~20mA signals, which can be connected to secondary instruments and computer monitoring systems for remote monitoring of transformer oil temperature.
